Complaints Resolution Policy
In the event of complaints, we have the following set of Complaints Resolution Procedure to ensure that all complaints are reviewed and recovered.

Refund Policy
The Refund Policy is as follows (on valid grounds only):
1. Withdrawal before, on or after the commencement of the course:

70% refund of all fees, excluding application, enrollment, sponsorship and escrow bank charges when students withdraw 60 days or more before commencement date.

30% refund of all fees, excluding application, enrollment, sponsorship and escrow bank charges when students withdraw between 30 to 60 days before the commencement date.

0% refund of all fees when students withdraw 30 days or less before commencement date; or on commencement date or after commencement date.
(Note: The Registration Fee, Entrance Test Fee, Administrative Fee and Processing Fee, where applicable, are not refundable).
2. Valid grounds for withdrawal
- accepted for study in another approved institute.
- medical reasons (approved medical document must be provided).
All withdrawals must be in writing with relevant supporting documents to the Management.
3. In cases where Student’s Pass is not granted by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (applicable to international students only), the course fee or any deposit paid will be refunded in full. (Note: The Registration Fee, Entrance Test Fee, Administrative Fee and Processing Fee, where applicable, are not refundable).
4. In the event when the school is the sponsor, the Security Deposit paid to ICA where applicable, will be sent to student via telegraphic transfer or other means as requested by student, within 14 days upon the school’s receipt of payment from ICA.
Transfer Policy
1. Students who wish to transfer to another school must do so in writing.
2. Refund of course fee if any will be based on the Refund Policy.
3. Only students who fulfill a 90% attendance will be granted for transfer.
Service Guarantee
We, at Uptrend, guarantee herewith that our full-time students who fail in their examinations can re-sit the course at no extra charge subject to the following conditions:
- Recorded attendance of at least 90%.
- Must have sat for the examinations.
- Must have sat for in-house mock-examinations (if available).
- Course and seat availability.
