At Uptrend, our students' welfare is in our greatest interests. We provide the following Student Support Sevices to give you peace of mind while you pursue your studies.
In the event of complaints, we have the following set of Complaints Resolution Procedure to ensure that all complaints are reviewed and recovered.

Student shall be entitled to immediately withdraw from the Course by giving written notice to Uptrend Business School under the following circumstances:
the PEO fails, for any reason, to commence the Course on the Commencement Date;
the PEO fails, for any reason, to complete the Course by the Completion Date;
the PEO terminates the Course for any reason prior to the completion of the Course; or
the PEO is in material breach of its obligations under this Agreement.
2. Refunds for Withdrawal for Cause:
After receiving the Student’s notice of withdrawal ( only for reasons mentioned in Clause 1, and in any event no more than fourteen (14) days after receiving such notice) refund to the Student:
the entire amount of the Tuition Fees and Deposit; and
the Non-Tuition Fees and/or Additional Fees*.
3. Withdrawal Without Cause and Refunds:
Student withdraws from the Course for any reason other than those set out in Clause 1 Uptrend Business School shall, as soon as practicable after receiving the Student’s written notice of withdrawal (and in any event no more than fourteen (14) working days after receiving such notice) refund to the Student

We, at Uptrend, guarantee herewith that our full-time students who fail in their examinations can re-sit the course at no extra charge subject to the following conditions:
Recorded attendance of at least 90%.
Must have sat for the examinations.
Must have sat for in-house mock-examinations (if available).
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the Student’s personal information. We undertake not to divulge any of the Student’s personal information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Student.
a. Students’ data is treated with strict confidence;
b. Access is restricted to only authorised staff;
c. Students’ particulars are for internal use only;
d. Consent shall be sought for use of students’ data for outside school matters.
